LoveLight SOULutions™ Origins
The LoveLight Soulutions™ Initiative has emerged from the multi-generational legacy of humanitarian services provided by C & M LifeLine, Inc. which was founded by Rev. Charles Dean Anders and Dr. Mary E. Rohn Anders to address issues which cause human suffering due to life's inequities. The family NGO is has been led since 2015 by Dr. Theodore Dean Anders who is reshaping its purpose and vision.
As LoveLight Soulutions™ facilitators and guides , we act in the lives of individuals, communities and organizations to help them:
• Recognize and understand the loving nature and creative power of each participant as direct expressions of Divine Source here on Earth.
• Gain the knowledge, skills, and resources to manifest their potential in magnificent, yet practical, sustainable ways
• Help leaders and others make more productive and equitable choices regarding the use of personal, community, and natural resources
• Focus on creating systems, communities, nations and a world that work for everyone on a planet restored

Customer Driven Leadership
What Is Customer Driven Leadership™?
CDL has a 25+ year track record of instilling winning entrepreneurial, customer-data-driven, servant leadership principles in the form of healthy monthly habits. Every team across the organization knows who they serve and how those internal customers need to be optimally satisfied for the good of external clients and the organization.
Managers of teams (and problems) transform into Servant Leaders equipping their teams to succeed more effectively. All of this is done by measuring what matters, rewarding success, empowering people and teams, constantly evaluating internal and external success, and supporting the areas in the organization that need the most help first.
Dr. Anders regularly shares spiritual insights that inspire our community. Here’s one of his latest reflections:
These three passages from Bishop Robert Barron’s book deeply resonate with me. He says:
"Therefore, as Herbert McCabe argued so clearly, whatever is good, true, and beautiful in our prayer is God already praying, as it were, in us. Karl Rahner defined prayer as God's self-communication, given in grace, and accepted in freedom."
"Finally, one of the most important though underrated features of prayer is silence. When Mother Teresa spoke of prayer, the first thing she mentioned was silence: 'The fruit of silence is prayer; the fruit of prayer is faith; the fruit of faith is love; the fruit of love is service; the fruit of service is peace.'"
"So, when it comes to prayer, take the time; speak with honesty; listen with attention; and enter into silence. Your friendship with God depends on it!"
These align beautifully with my LoveLight SOULutions axiom: “We are all divine expressions in human form.”
The Catholic and Episcopal liturgical Mass includes the words: “With Him, In Him, Through Him, in the unity of the Holy Spirit.” I embrace this as a metaphysical formula of the deepest Truth:
With + In + Through = As (Unity, Oneness).
When we truly accept and experience that there is no separation between us and the Source of all, the burdens of isolation, loneliness, and fear begin to dissolve. Our need for control, power, and greed diminishes—and peace becomes possible.
I recently shared this Truth in Monterrey, Mexico, with Catholic Christian business leaders at the Pope John Paul II Chapel. The message was simple yet profound:
The Holy Spirit—God in us, as us—is the Truth that sets us free from the illusions of separation, hierarchy, and conflict.
May this inspire us all to live more fully in unity and peace.
